Gaby Good-Hoffman

Gaby Good-Hoffman

Founder, Creative Director & Client Liaison

Her love of art started early. Inspiration came from summers in the mountains in Switzerland to dancing with the School of American Ballet, countless trips to museums, and studying under incredible mentors at Sarah Lawrence. Creative work has always been her happy place.

She connects instantly with people. Relationships fuel her creative direction and make the work stronger.

She holds a team together. Clients, colleagues, and vendors point to the unifying presence Gaby brings to every partnership.
Bess Ensinger

Bess Ensinger

Art Director & Client Liaison

She is the Swiss army knife of designers — inventive, artistic, and always thinking ahead. Bess designs with the end in mind, anticipating the final steps, so everything comes together beautifully.

Visualizing in 3-D comes naturally to her. She can instantly see how a project should look, feel, and function — on the page or in a space.

She’s the team’s quiet problem-solver. Her creative eye lets her quickly spot the shift that will move the design forward.
Sarah Dupuis

Sarah Dupuis

Graphic Designer & Client Liaison

Details are her superpower. Sarah notices what others might miss and makes sure everything is spot on.

She offers thoughtful, creative input. Her quick insight moves projects forward.

Order and clarity comes naturally. She has an instinct for organizing — whether that is sorting a century of photos for a centennial project, putting library books back on a shelf, or making her childhood rock collection just right.
Peter Blossom

Peter Blossom

Graphic Designer & Client Liaison

His creative roots run deep. With generations of illustrators and art directors in the family, design is in his DNA.

Clients love working with him. He’s efficient, collaborative, and consistently kind.

Music shapes his eye. An avid guitarist, Pete carries rhythm, pacing, and flow into his design.
Christine Foster

Christine Foster

Marketing Strategist & Writer

She genuinely loves talking to people. Clients often get clear on what they want to say through conversation with her.

Clarity is her craft. Editing, tightening, and finding the right words is her favorite kind of problem solving.

She understands schools from lived experience. Christine has been a parent at a range of schools (pre-K-8, parochial, boarding, day, single-gender, and all-gender) which gives her uncommon insight.

Our co-founder believed deeply in the power of thoughtful design and in the people who create it. His curiosity, integrity, and generosity shaped our work and culture for more than three decades.
